As long as I can remember my mom has always bought your products. Our favourites
were mozzarella and ricotta. Now I buy the same for my own family. When I was
little my mom used to put ricotta on an icecream cone sprinkled with a little
sugar or sprinkles or chopped nuts. We loved it and it was a healthy treat.

For which Tre Stelle cheese would you like to see us develop a new recipe?
Feta (but not in a salad) and fast snacks are just a few of you recipe requests...
I'd like to see some variations of the classic Greek salad, using your
Feta cheese.
